    Life happens! Things come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel your upcoming appointment. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, you will need to confirm or cancel appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled.

    In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we ask that you inform us before your scheduled appointment time. At that time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or alter your services to serve you in the amount of time left in your scheduled appointment.

    Unfortunately, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving any, or enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 8 hours of your appointment, 100% of the cost of your services will be due the day you do not show to your appointment.

    If you’re having challenges with your color or cut, let us know within 7 days of your original visit and we would be happy to correct the issue, with no additional charge. We do not offer refunds for any services at the salon.
